Yes, I think that's what we all do - find the problem, work around it, add a note to the 'don't do this' list, and move on.
However, I also think you'll agree that Fox - while being supremely powerful - is also one hell of a prissy prima donna at times. And I think it is worth it to stoke the fire under Ken Levy's butt a little because not all glitches are really necessary, no? ;-)
