Sure you can do that. Just specify it as the "Working Directory" for the "shortcut" in the "Folders/Shortcut" section.

I have clients that user more than one of my apps. On the program menu, my company name, the "First Folder" or program group (VFP6) shows with an arrow. When they highlite, a popup with the apps they have installed are listed.

But - you can also include the "Destination Folder" Dialog and allow the user to select.
