Item 1) Did you include all the necessary Merge Modules and correct versions. IOW: Is the app using V6 OCX, but only installing V5 OCX modules? Are there file/registry permissions or read/write issues that may need attention

Item 2) ISE seems to have issues with "rebuilds". If you make a change to the project (either at VFP or ISM), you might have better results by rebuilding the SETUP from scatch.

Item 3) Before you reinstall delete the "old" app under "Add/Remove PRograms"

Item 4) Please share the solution with us, once you isolate and repair it:-)
