Item 1) Did you include all the necessary Merge Modules...
We've triple checked these. Unless ISE is not operating as advertised (no way!) this isn't the issue. As far as registry / permissions etc, it occurs on every computer here in the office and my computer at home - no permissions involved and our application does not access the registry.

Item 2) ISE seems to have issues with "rebuilds".
If you're meaning I should recreate the install from scratch, we've tried that too, still happens.

Item 3) Before you reinstall delete the "old" app under "Add/Remove PRograms".
Always. Don't really have much choice in Win2k / XP. They won't let you install the app as long as it's still in the add/remove programs.
