As far as the link, this issue occurs while the application is already running. I can start the application and do all sorts of functions without anything going wrong, but as soon as I open the first form of the session with a tree control on it, I'm reinstalling the package.

I don't believe it does, but, I can't think of a way we could do this with our users taking ISE out of the picture. As far as DLLs go, we have no local ones. The only DLLs installed are by ISE via the modules selections.

3 years ago I suggested we write our own installer, but did anyone listen to me ? Take a guess.
