Sorry, I didn't answer the question. I was trying to get home <g>. Kevin has already answered the question, but we did create our own form for the system admin to add user information into the employee table etcetera (to centralize entering redundant data). And yes we subclassed the security business objects and just added to them. By using the MM security we then added a security control ID to the menu item so that only the system admin sees the employee form. Ultimately it would be nice to add the employee to Active Directory, Great Plains, and whatever other systems so that it is done only once.
