I have created a .chm Help File and included it on my distribution CDs. My Help menu code reads as follows:

SET HELP ON
SET HELP TO HELP\MFOHELP.chm
HELP

where MFOHELP is the name of my help file.

Double clicking the MFOHELP.chm file directly starts the help viewer without exception but my users cannot begin to use my help file using the menu.
