The reason I think the application is not in focus is because the taskbar has another program selected. This is probably an incorrect assumption on my part.

The form is called from a driving PRG as such:
DO FORM RTSPLASH WITH sysversion
READ EVENTS

(I don't know what the syntax is on the board to block that as code.)

form.WindowType = Modeless
form.ALwaysONtop= .T.
form.Desktop = .F.
form.Showwindow = As Top-Level Form

I'll look at what each of those does and see if I can come up something.
