Thanks again. I tried several different settings for grid header height & grid height & concluded that grid header height must be at least 2 (I had them at 0), & grid height at 22 (leaving the grid height without the header = 20). That seems to work. Not all XP have this problem though. I have several XP computers & only 1 has this problem (HPCompaq computer). I wish that there is a fix for it. I also tried to compile it with VFP8 (the original .exe was compiled with VFP7). That really did not work: when dbl clicked, it did absolutely nothing. Anybody have this problem?

Also, the .exe works on other XP computers except for the new HP/Compaq d530 computer (with same XP pro OS). And I have another form with grid that runs succesfully on the HP computer & this form's grid.height=240. Is there other things I'm missing? Please help!!!!!
