Hi David,

I get very sorry when there is a thread of interest for many of us (I even wrote: "Very pertinent issue, I'll follow this thread with real interest" and thanked Ken for posting it, in my message #868958 in the very beginning of this thread), and there comes JVP trying to spoil the whole thing with his obnoxious comments and "questions".

Perhaps he thinks everybody is lucky, affortunate, competent and successfull like he is and don't need to work hardlly to have clients and make enough money to bring home.
