dear JVP

>>People lose faith in Fox because of their own experience - not because of my opinion.

Sure, but you add to the "experience" in a big way!

>>You see JR - I have always liked Fox and I respect the tool. Nonetheless, I understand its role today. The role is an ever-diminishing one.

I suppose I could spend a paragraph pretending that your use of the word "role" means you think VFP is a person... or asking why you think stringed instruments are relevant (viola?!) ... but nah. ;-)

Re converting the customer to SP: Well done! If this is another batch append task, I'm sure many here would agree with the choice of SP. Without the facts, only the people who say "SP is always best" could comment.

>>I can't help it if some are dependant on Fox's survival. IMO, if people have put themselves in that position based on what is/has been going on - that is too bad. I guess they chose to listen to people like you instead of people like me. Perhaps it is you JR that should do the explaining to these people...

Sure. I'll explain yet again that it is best to "STAY PRODUCTIVE while remaining watchful and curious". Such a simple (and self-evident) concept that I would feel embarrassed repeating myself more than once or twice. Especially since I see that even you have taken my advice. Well done!
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
