Naturally having a test platform is totally different than using system in real life situation. In test platform you have to try "mix" with all possible conbinatios you migh enter to. But real life systems, what do you do when tried to point to "bad behavior" customer about where to use server. They are still using it siutations like having an errorbox on servers screen or errors in server event log they will search for help right away, not to save log first or print log or screen and search with another PC. At least they know risks <g>
