No .. you can't access what clauses you used on the REPORT FORM command. You could try using variables to hold the filter and scope that you want and then in the data environment you can manipulate the filter property of the table as needed.

You might be better off creating a cursor with the applicable scope and filter and drive the report with the temporary filter instead of trying to manipulate the data environment of the report.
