What's the "sweat-shirt" pitch .NET / C# are being marketed with. Surely (don't call me Shirely:) it has to be something more than "VFP is dying, so switch to C#!", or "We have found, through internal case studies, that all those ex-VB benchies prefer C# seminars and MS buffets in Redmond to "buy your own lunch" styled VFP boot camps in Denver!".
