Just want to point that AFAIK there is nothing you can do in VFP 7 that prevents you to open a form in VFP 8. Maybe you can find something which can prevent you from opening a VFP 8 form in VFP 7, but there is not much. Of course there are lots of things you can do in VFP 8 that would prevent the form from running, or even compiling, but you'll most probably open it in VFP 7 without much troubles.
