If I run setup wizard with an OCX in the app directory, it gets installed and/or registered when doing an install on user machine. Also, when I run regsvr32.exe it registers an ocx already on a user machine. But I've noticed that there are various dates on the OCXs on different machines, some fairly old.

1) Are there different versions of OCXs, and do I need to be concerned about it?

2) If (1) is true, does the vfp setup just register, or does it overwrite the old OCX if one currently exists?
