You may well be right, based on your experience...
But that is not what it actually says in this ad. ;-)
Nor does it say there will be no role for the FP person in the eventual upgrade. The fact that they are looking to hire a FP person who is also expected to fix a VB/access project, and mention in the ad that they intend to upgrade their FP stuff, can be interpreted in several ways depending on viewpoint.
