A client installed my application in her C drive on a Win2K machine. I'm using Crystal 9 for reports. From the Crystal preview window, she clicks the Export button and nothing happens.

I use Wise to install the software, so I got her to send me the install.log. This gives me a list of all files installed and registered. It looks OK to me.

It all works OK on my XP PC. Can anyone suggest a few steps that I can follow to solve this problem fror her?

(Also I can send the install.log to you if that will help).
