Sadly, it seems that this is true.
It is troubling that such activity is being judged as a "right" by more and more people daily!
On the other hand, I suppose, people do need some way to counteract the corporate trends to charging more for far less while shipping jobs overseas at the same time and this may be one way that 'society' does it. All in all the "every man for himself" practise seems to be becoming the NECESSARY way to survive in this age of capitalism run amok and government kow-towing to evry new whim of the corporations.
It's obvious to me that, in very short order now, communism WILL WIN! Communist China specifically, and Viet Nam too, will have all of the manufacturing AND all of the 'knowledge-based' businesses and people here will be relagated to sales clerks and delivery jobs and waiting on the very few RICH who are left.
