i would build that out of a list box and a textbox obove it.

in the text box valid build a checking routine to see if the email already exist, if not, messagebox to user if he/she want's to add.

u could also make the text box shorter and add buttons to the right (or left) of the txtbox. or you could add a shortcut menu to the textbox and list box for functionality.

if text is not beeing displayed completly in the textbox because it's too short, you can add the current textbox value as a tooltip text (i do that in the refresh().
