If you find a way please let us all know.

This is NOT just a VFP problem. You'll see it pronounced on Word tables and web pages and numerous other stuff.

I belief (and I get some grief because of it) is that MS has done only half the job when it comes to large fonts - they've taken care of the font itself but have totally disregarded the 'container' (or bounds, if you prefer) that they are in. Even XP - which was supposed to enhance the user experience - did nothing about the problem. And the prevalence of screens with ever-smalling resolutions only adds to the problem.

About all that can be suggested is to try to design your forms with the possibility of large fonts in mind. If you designed them on a large fonts system then they should look decent in both.

good luck

UPDATE: I should have mentioned that the way I 'solved' this for my own personal usage was to get a 18 inch LCD screen (19 would have been better but too pricey at the time) that displays 1280x1024, just like a 17incher. The extra inch give me enough size to the small fonts that I can read them very reasonably.
