I agree with you. My need is for a portal or menu easily accessible to user and from wich i can start a windows application or web application. Those application often change server. So it's tought to manage all those desktop's link the users have. In fact, i need something like the Novell Application Launcher. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

PS. What do you think about those ActiveX who are able to launch an executable ?
