You may need to use or hire an engineer a member of your company. These days it is difficult to wear a LAN hat and a developer/programmer hat at the same time. In house MIS don't want to expose their lack of skills and out-of-house corporate MIS don't care! You need a "family-owned" network service.

Contact:stan@firestonecomputers.com, he might be able to reccomend a utility!

They just want take the time. Unfortunately, I have experienced similar behavior from some of the local network people in other locations as well with these small operations. These clients are on small LAN's with perhaps 5 to 10 workstations, and personally do not know how to setup and maintain their network.
