After a change of roll the ZM4 Plus printer prints 20-30 additional labels then the remainder of the job is deleted from the print queue on the computer to which the Zebra is attached.


The printer was set up by a Zebra agent in the UK - the problem occurred and the printer was replaced - the same thing is now happening with the replacement printer


The jobs are very long (we are currently using rolls of 500 labels) and could amount to 1000-5000 labels in a single run


During a very long run the printer will not print labels continuously but pauses very briefly after every 2nd or 3rd label - at the end of the run when the computer has finished loading the print queue, the printer speeds up and the labels print continuously


The host computer is running Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 3 - printer spooling is enabled


The printing is run from Microsoft Visual FoxPro 6 Service Pack 5 - the program prints the lables by means of ? commands. We have run this quite happlity on other labels printers without a problem


Can you please help as we are rapidly running out of patience with this printer
