The Pc is Pentium 2.4 or thereabouts with 256 memmory - interested in the thought of giving the spool process more priority - could an upgrade in memory or to winxp help? what about the cancelling print? - must be a software error surely - maybe its a mistake to print 5000 labels in 1 run but my clients are 24/7 couriers and very impatient
