Nope, that's default Windows windows behavior. Open three documents in Word or Excel, maximize one, flip through windows, they are all maximized. Restore one, they all restore.

Ummm, another badly chosen word... window restores. When did it drive backwards (i.e. when did it backup)? Or did it remove something and is now restoring it?
