I'm still not sure I understand how lowering taxes (income) and borrowing more, therefore mortgaging more of our children's future works (ok Californian children's future). Does the governator know different laws of economics that work in California?

The gov has little to loose. If he fails he will make more movies or just go off into the sunset with his 8 Hummers, Mercedes SUV’s, 747, etc. and his almost 1 billion dollars in the bank. Do not worry about the amount of the bond – it is just a bunch of zeros and means nothing!

California got gov Davis out of office but they left the rest of the rats in office! In business when there is a problem they fire people. In government be it local, state or federal, they seem to hire more bodies. There is a lot to what controls California’s government and expenditures. What we have is a huge mess and everyone in office attempting to retain office and build an empire in the process. Some are better than others I have noticed.
