I can not give you much detailed help, but this seems like a perfect job for VFP together with Outlook. You can either let VFP check for emails evey x minute, or you can get Outlook to tell VFP when it gets email. There was an article in Foxpro Advisor about how to do that a few years ago. Reading the sender's email address, the subject line and body text is piece of cake.
