Thanks. I forgot to mention that this needs to be a server based solution becuase this will need to hande thousands of emails a day.

You can either let VFP check for emails evey x minute, or you can get Outlook to tell VFP when it gets email. There was an article in Foxpro Advisor about how to do that a few years ago. Reading the sender's email address, the subject line and body text is piece of cake.
