Hi Derek,
Your SQL Server is set to the Windows Authentication mode. I don't rememeber what parameter you've to add to the connection string to use that mode. You can go to the ODBC Manager and create working File DSN to your server. After that open the File DSN in any text editor and check its contents for options you're interested in.
