David,

>>Right, but you see no reason to apologize for inane behaviour on your part once the "seriously flawed" argument is found to be correct. Not a bad deal. Not my way of operating though.
>
>I have in fact apologized to Fabio where I have made an incorrect statement. Are you saying that my statement of adequate regression testing is inane behavior? If you are speaking of something else please give an example.

I must work on my English, sentence construction and continuity of thought...

the inane behaviour I was particularly referring to was all the stuff that you, aided and abetted by others, directed at me with the CDX bloat fiasco. And I see you still don't get it - you acknowledged it was a bug then said that you wished the VFP Team had left it in as a selectable option.
I see the EXACT same antics being employed here, in this thread, against FabioL.
>
>By what measuring stick are you directing these charges of persecution? I mean how many people, of what group of people, can post a contrary opinion in a thread before it becomes a conspiracy?

I have NO INTEREST in seeing persecution on UT, having experienced a healthy dose of it myself. So when I recognize an identical trend as one when I was involved I point it out just as fast as I can. There are no 'measures' and everyone is free to say whatever they want. My only hope is that, by confronting it early and directly, the perpetrators will recognize it and stop it.
>
>Let me make it perfectly clear to you, I only entered this thread when Fabio called this a bug, but in fact his thread title indicates that this is an enhancement request, which in itself is fine.

So it does sound like you saw the word "bug", saw it was FabioL, and decided to discharge both barrels, not even reading the thread title (let alone its content) before doing so. I'm sure you would do better than that with virtually anyone else.

As regards the CDX bloat stuff, I do hope that one day you get that it WAS A BUG and that I was correct in calling it a BUG.

Jim
