That is not true - for example you can buy developer licence of Amyuni PDF Creator - it is royalty free. There are also other similar products.

For me it is not big problem - I use cursoradapter class. But general impression was spoiled. Here on UT there was many threads concerning this subject. Especially novice VFP user could be dissapointed.
