Someone asks whether there is a way to retrieve the serial number of the power button of the monitor. Someone else gives the advice:

? ox.powerbutton.sernumDo you think that this advice is enough and worth 3 stars? Or do you think that the advice should also have included a note about the ocx - let's say msmontr.ocx - and the fact that it may be missing and must be distributed along with the rest of the application?
Must we appreciate any answer? The consequence can well be that the answer causes trouble in the long run if essential other information is not provided.
It is obvious that we can't expect the answers to be the size and quality of an official documentation. But what level can we expect?
