I'm doing odds and ends of Excel Automation from VFP7. I have the Henzenwerke book, but it does not gave all the parameters and ways of doing things. I keep running into little tweaks I need to make, and have no idea where to find docs in one place.

Yesterday I ended up finding searching in Google and got a hint of how to do something in Visual Basic, but I ended up writing it in VB, which then gave me a nice prompt as to the meaning of the parameters, and then coded that in VFP.

Today I was lucky enough to find the answer in a previous thread here.

But there must be an easier way to find the answers online or maybe a good book.
