Tom,

There's no difference in control source settings. The control source has been set at Design time to Form properties and the properties have valid data. Problem is not with incorrect data, problem is with the objects ( textboxes and comboboxes) not getting displayed sometimes. Do an ALT-Tab into some other open application or minimise and maximise the VFP application and everything comes up correctly.

Thanx,
Hitendra
>So far when I have experienced this type of problem it has been due to a problem with the control source of the object. Is there any difference between how objects are populated with data between those that properly instantiate and those that do not ? In other words are control sources of an object different for those that work and those that do not?

Minimise and maximise the application or ALT-TAB to any other open application and come back and all the controls are now displayed.
