Are these DLLs part of VFP8 resources ? Or, are they part of Windows ?
If Windows, then which version of Windows?
I am concerned if they would work in all versions of Windows ?
(Win9X, Win2000, WinXP)

I kind doubt if these DLLs were available back then. That is probably why I had to use the webdial.exe back in vfp5 days.
