I am working with a SQL backend. The field in question is a varchar.

I thought about the field length and auto wrap too. I made sure the field was wide enough.

When I create the address, I am only added CHR(13). Would a CHR(10) be added as well? Maybe I should check for both even though I am only specifically adding the CHR(13).

Are you positive your field width on the report design is wide enough to accommodate the new string? If not, Crystal might continue wrapping the string into successive lines (especially if the "Can Grow" checkbox is selected on the field's format properties).
