Hi Stephanie,

Yes and no. You are generally correct in saying it is a bandwidth issue. For example you are obviously going to get a faster response on a LAN using 10 - 100 MBit ethernet as compared to a 28.8 RAS connection. The main issue, in the case of VFP, is that VFP treats the entire screen as one large bitmap. Running an application on a Citrix LAN is no different than on NT or Novell as far as performance is concerned. But the main purpose of Citrix is as a thin client for remote access.This is where VFP fails, IMHO. I am hoping, and would prefer, that M$ gets their act together with Tahoe in respect to the bitmap issue, rather than me paying for more bandwidth than I really need just to accommodate VFP. HTH
