>I need to access 0x71 Hardware to program one data collect ISA card. Is there and Active or DLL that help me to do this directly from and Fox app ?
>In fact the ISA card has another 3 ports where the data is really read it/ write it depending on the kind of operation we need and how the ISA card is programed. The ports are 0x72, 0x73, 0x74. I will appreciate some help. Thanks

Hullo Braulio -
Usually the card vendor will supply [somehow] a set of tools for the card,
perhaps for another programming language [vb, C++, etc]. IF THAT WAS THE CASE - then take a look at what the vendor provided and see if you can add the file in to your VFP active-x collections.

Check the vendor's website - perhaps you will find what you need if it is not in the box the card came in.

OTOH - just a port 71 ? TCP/IP ? use WinSock and go forth [but thats a BAD way to do it, for hardware attached locally] .

What does the card do ? Who is the manufacturer ? What's the model of the card ?

mondo regards [Bill]
