I am creating a Pocket PC application using C#. The application is a Windows Forms application using XML files as the data source / storage. My question is, what is the best way to synchronise / transfer the files from a desktop VFP8 application to the Pocket PC and vice versa? The finished program will be distributed to many clients with little computer experience and needs to be set-up automatically using an installation program.

After the user has placed the Pocket PC into the cradle I want them to press a button in the VFP8 application and synchronise the files.
