We have developed a solution, not with c#, and use the active synch files option to get the data. the foxpro program looks at the folder that the files are transfered to and imports this information. there are also tools that link directly into the pocket pc that we found, but we found that they worked perfectly in ppc2002 but as soon as we upgraded to ppc2003 they stopped working, we are not sure if this was an active synch thing, this also upgraded to 3.7 from 3.5, the only thing that worked all the time was the files synch.

My question is, what is the best way to synchronise / transfer the files from a desktop VFP8 application to the Pocket PC and vice versa? The finished program will be distributed to many clients with little computer experience and needs to be set-up automatically using an installation program.
