That's it! That's exactly what I did -- set a field back to 1 with SetFldState() in this record that got flagged by GetnextModified() but not by GetFldState().

FWIW, I seem to recall that In version 6, GETNEXTMODIFIED() did not "see" changes in a record where SETFLDSTATE() was used to reset the field state flag. This got broken in version 7 and remains broken today < s >.
