Hi Mike,

The behaviour that Intellisense add TO and other words to some commands can be irritating ubtil you are used to it, then you will love it. But if you want, you can turn this off: Tools -> Intellisense manager -> Advanced -> Edit Properties -> lEnableFullSetDisplay =.F.
Check Intellisense Manager in Help for more features.

Using Intellisense is like buying a new car with automatic gear and your old car had manual gear; it takes a few days to get used to, but after a few days you will never have manual gear anymore.

>It appears that Intellisense takes a lot of set up work to make it useful. Right now the stuff that comes up is almost laughable. Like if I type MODI FORM it offers me form names in a completely different subdirectory from where I am currently working with the full directory name. Stuff that I may have worked on a week ago. I have yet to see it suggest something that I have worked on the last hour.

>Microsoft routed me to a knowledge base article on how to rurn off Intellisense permanently but it only works on VFP 7.0, not 8.0. The Tools |Options gives no control over Intellisense but Edit | Properties lets you turn it off for the current session, then it comes back on with the next launch of VFP 8.0.
