>It appears that Intellisense takes a lot of set up work to make it useful. Right now the stuff that comes up is almost laughable. Like if I type MODI FORM it offers me form names in a completely different subdirectory from where I am currently working with the full directory name. Stuff that I may have worked on a week ago. I have yet to see it suggest something that I have worked on the last hour.

My advice for this (i.e. something I recommend to myself and will probably do ASAP... one of these days) is to use Environment Manager and set a separate Foxuser file for each project. The MRU lists are maintained in this resource file, and if you have one per project, the intellisense will store your recently edited files' names there.

>And if you don't watch this thing like a hawk it leads to incorrect code. e.g. suppose I am trying to type SET DEFA TO C:\MYAPP. Take a look at the screen, you will have SET DEFAULT TO TO C:\MYAPP. (2 TO'S)

CD.

But don't ask me how many times I have typed "inde on" only to discover that it came up as "index on on". Too many to count.
