Hy, I just recently bought a professional french vfp. Everything works correctly within the program but when it comes to make a executable, it doesn't work at all.I have the message "Visual FoxPro Cannot Start. Could not load ressources. Press F1 for help". The help says that it could be one of the following:
1- Insuffisant memory
R: I really doubt that. I have 64MB of RAM

2- Insuffisant disk space
R: I have 5 GB free space

3-Cannot load vfp5.dll
R: The file is right where it is suppose to be in the vfp subdirectory.

4- Cannot load ressources files specify in the installation with the parameter -L.
R: What?

5- It is already in use.
R: No, it's not.

The suggestion that comes along in the help files is tho re-install vfp or windows 95. That's what I did. I Re-install windows 95 and vfp5 in french ( because I presume it can help to prevent language conflict ). I install all options that is possible for vfp. So the problem is not because there is a missing file.

The only reason why I want vfp in french is because my clients want french setup disks.I had vfp5 in english before ( a week ago ) and everything worked just fine. The executable and the setup disk that it produced were working.

The version of my french vfp is 5.0 and the release date is january 24, 1997 .

So, is there something I can do to be able to make executables from a french vfp? Is there a patch to correct this problem? And where?
