I think it is not the suggestion of a work around. Work around suggestions are always welcome. What is annoying are the comments that say, in essence, 'You are not using proper programming techniques', or 'If you were one of the "in crowd" you would already know that the way to avoid this bug is', or 'It is not a bug because there is a work around and if you used proper programming techniques you would have avoided the issue' or 'You must be doing something wrong because I never have that problem'.

If there is a thin skin, it belongs to those who react negatively to any post that has BUG in its title.

Personally, when I run across something that does not seem right in VFP, I assume I have screwed up. Others don't do that < shrug >.
