When my app trys to emails a word doc as attachment by someone logged on to a machine thats not theirs I get an error message saying "Network problems are preventing connection to the MS Exchange server computer", then the message "Ole Idispatch exception code 4096 from MS Outlook...your profile is not configured ERROR 1429".

I left out a few words but this is the jest of it. How can I trap this error for the user not having a profile? I am already trapping for most of the 1400 series errors. If the user uses a pc that is not their's, is there a way the email can still be sent? They are logged on to the network.

I am out of the office this afternoon, so I won't be able to answer until tomorrow morning.
