That's all right! I wasn't offeded at all, just wanted to clear the confusion lest others who read the thread also think that I am a she rather than he. I never thought about putting a picture up there. This may be a good reason. People who are around me address me by my middle name which is Cullen, I don't think they even know my first name:) Since my name appears as Dawa Tsering, I decided to use my first name.
Thank you for your other post too! You are right. It just disables the menu item. I am trying to figure out the tool that Sergey recommended.
