I have a VFP8 InstallShield setup created that I know works properly becuase I have installed it on about 20 machines. On this one machine after installing the runtimes clicking on the exe generates a c5 error. I have removed all indexes and tried reinsalling the runtimes. I even have gone so far as updating the vedio drivers and changing the video card. Nothing seems to have an effect. There is always a c5 error when starting the exe. The exe doesn't even appear to be throwing the error, its like it is from the runtimes or the exe launch. The machine is a Dell Opteplex and the install works fine on 6 others just like it.

I am at a lost of things to try. Any suggestions would be greatly appreaciated.
