I'm definitely not even thinking about comedy. That's a completely different deal. In Brazil we do have *lots* of TV shows, web-sites, magazines, etc, which main purpose is to make fun of politicians and whatever else. I can tell you: Brazilians make way more fun of their own than Americans do. I mean, we're *always* making fun of everything.

However, my point is: what if a non-american serious jornalist goes on a respected source (such NYT) that does influence lots of people, and start slamming on the American president? I'm sure people will not laugh at that.

please, don't get me wrong... I just enjoy understanding how people reacts to specific things... :)
